Cholpon

The world of Cholpon is peaceful and pretty friendly. Criminals may exist, but the world is still at peace. Countries work together to keep the peace, and care for the people. Everyone has some kind of magic power. People normally discover what they can do before they reach their teen years, though the latest record for one discovering their magic is just before reaching 21. The magic someone has is normally random, but sometimes it's passed down from a parent. Siblings are commonly seen with the same magic power, or have magic is the same class.

Story things?

Long ago, the ancient Narix's home included a floating island, which was held up by ancient Narix magic. This magic was lost when the Narix split, and lately the island has started to crumble... Parts of Lunali are falling into the sea, endangering the people of Cinali. Because of this, the modern day Narix of Lunali decided to send a group of people to the Narix of the hidden underwater city of Cinali. While on their way, they discover just how well the world is doing, but also hear terrifying news of the Blackjacks' return. The people of Lunali and Cinali reunite under this common enemy, and come to help the people of Cholpon fight back against the Blackjacks.

At first it was only rumors flying around. "Did you hear about the Celestial of Nemorstom? He was attacked!" or "One of the Celestials died without picking a successor! What's going to happen?" Rumors flew around for what felt like months before the real news became public. Marcello, Celestial of Nemorstom, had been comatose. The suspect is one of the Blackjacks' higher ups. Most Cholponians had thought of the Blackjacks as no more than petty thieves who steal for money, but they've finally shown their true colors.

Monarchs and Celestials alike are now heavily protected, visits to the towns or city they reside in are limited. Kings, queens, and Celestials think carefully about the move they should make. The Celestials work with those studying under them, Celestialites, and decide who will be Marcello's successor with the notes he's left.
